Let's rewind a couple of weeks back to when I went to FYF Fest 2013, an indie music festival that once took place at the Echoplex, that then bloomed into a massive two day event that's now held at the L.A. Historic State Park.
It was a last minute decision for me to attend FYF, but once I got word that I wasn't working the weekend of the event, I hit Twitter to find a ticket since they were all sold out. Shout out to my buddy, Allen, over at MySpace for hooking it up!

Day-1 had a lot of awesome performances. I was able to catch Toro Y Moi, Classixx, Deerhunter, Nosaj Thing, TV On The Radio, SMD b2b w/ Bicep, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, and Death Grips (Yes, they actually showed up).
It was a mind blowing showcase with great Summer in LA vibes that complimented a solid lineup. Can't wait for FYF Fest 2014.
